Abstract
The generalized motor program (GMPT) it is a motor control theory that was formulated by Richard Schmidt in the 1970’s. This approach it is an evolution of the old motor program theory and the Bernstein’s engrams (hypothetical variables that could be scaled in time and magnitude and then project onto different effector systems). The GMPT says that the brain store movement formulas expressed in variables directly related to mechanical patterns associated with particular actions. Experimental support for the GMPT came from studies that demonstrated invariant timing patterns within a sequence of actions that could be sped up or slowed down.

Identify the patterns of different movements in different positions and link the results with possible motor programs saves in the brain.
Methods
Record the electromyography (EMG) of different muscles in a movement in different position and with different supports. Determine the difference between the EMG of each muscle in the different positions of the same movement
